Alexandra is wonderful, very kind, helpful, she responds very quickly despite the linguistic problem of two non-native English speakers. The dreads are perfect quality, shipping to Italy without any problem and with no additional cost.
The kit arrived without rubber bands and only with wooden beads and a feather, if you want the complete kit or metallic beads you have to specify it clearly I guess.
Absolutely recommended, will probably buy again!
