I purchased my locs at the end of October 2020. I live on the East Coast, and was very concerrned that I may not recieve my beautiully detailed and very realistic faux locs, with a few braids that I chose and jewlery, prior to the 3rd week in November. Alexandra, not only was able to create my locs, as desired, but my shipment arrived, during COVID a week prior to my installation. I absoloutely love the hair, and has solidified my confirmation that If and when I loc my own hair, I can continue to have such a beautiful and beloved crown that I currently adorn. My loctician, Kathy, Owner/Operator of Salon Hairapy, located in Malden, MA installed, removed, and reinstalled with the same hair, which was washed, dried and was able to show me how beautiful the hair will look crimped. I am absoultely 100% in love with my current style, and how Alexandra’s professionalism, patience’s and stellar customer service was a win/win.
I definitely give my stamp of approval!
